Hi John
Just wanted to stop by and say that I’ve enjoyed reading your very descriptive writing especially the November 18 entry. Congratulations on your record. I gather I ought to be very impressed and will know exactly how much when I next speak to one of my sailing friends.

I see someone else has mentioned the discs. It’s been a pretty awful time for many of your former colleagues - some of whom I think would now rather face the seven seas than the media attention they have been getting.

And i cannot believe that you are complaining about the smelling!! I thought that your bunk would be smelling of sweet lavender by now.

Hope that you had more luck catching the football last night than the rugby cup final. On the brightside - there could well be an opening in football management when you get back if you fancy a foray into the beautiful game.

Remember - Jack drinks heavily so he might lead you astray if you don’t watch out. Have a good one.

BTW, Paul Gray resigned today because we’ve lost a disc containing everybody’s child benefit details (inc. Bank Acc nos). Just though you’d like a touch of what you’re missing.
